In short: we collect only what we need to reply to you and edit your videos. We never sell your data. Footage is deleted 30 days after final delivery.
What we collect
- From the sample request form: your name, business email, content link, the services you're interested in and any notes you add.
- When you work with us: billing details, project briefs, feedback and the footage and assets you send.
- Technical data: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
How we use it
To reply to your request, create your sample, deliver and invoice our services, and keep records required by law. We won't add you to a marketing list without your consent, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Footage you send
Footage and assets are used only to create your sample or client edits, and are handled under the confidentiality terms in our Terms of Service. You confirm you own them or have permission to share them, including consent from anyone who appears in them. Please don't send patient records or personal information that isn't meant to appear in the final video.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with services that help us run the business:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- File-sharing and storage services used to exchange footage (for example Google Drive or Dropbox).
- Payment and invoicing providers.
- Editors and contractors working on your project, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Fontshare serves this site's fonts. YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and Vimeo load only when you press play on a video, and their own privacy policies then apply.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
- Footage and project files: deleted 30 days after final delivery or after your plan ends.
- Sample requests that don't become clients: deleted within 12 months.
- Invoices and business records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the UK/EU GDPR or US state privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
